Yoga - get the benefits.
Yoga changes me. It opens me up. The change is permanent and not self-destructive. It is all positive, and will continue to be. I how found what my teacher training teacher has said is true: It is called yoga PRACTICE because you never learn it all. What thrills me about it is I love to learn.
